Job Requirements:
Any MBA/B.Tech/B.E candidates can apply for The Eagles Program. Coaching and mentoring by functional experts. Opportunity to participate for building behavioral and leadership skills and stipend will be paid during the program. There will be Cross-functional field assignments. After the completion of this eighteen week Entry-Level-Leadership Program, the candidates will be assessed and successful candidates will be eligible to be considered for employment. Candidates should also have Good communication and inter-personal skills, Superior drive and result orientation, Good computer skills, Flexibility to travel and to relocate.
