Job opening for "Associate Engineer" for the purpose of Technical Support at CSC, Noida location. Any B.E/B.Tech or graduate candidates who meets the requirements can apply online. - To work with infrastructure groups, developers, and project managers.

- Customer should be fully informed of progress against technical issues.
- Understanding of the business service level agreements and prioritizes technical workload
- To manage and drive resolution of technical issues in a timely manner.
- To ensures delivery and management of the end-to-end technical support service.
- To maintain support documentation and asset and configuration data repositories.
