Job Requirements:
IBM(India) Pvt Ltd, recruiting "Technical Support Associate" for the location Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Candidates having at least 6 months experience in perform problem cause analysis,resolve routine costumer problem and at least 6 months experience in strong computer skills required for initial call handling are eligible. They should be fluent in English.
  • To provide Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support
  • Min 6 months of relevant experience in the mentioned skill areas 
  • Proficient knowledge in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
  • User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.. 
  • Technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
  • Should be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements. 
  • Neutral accent and Communications - verbal and written 
  • Ability to balance technical support, written / oral communication and customer satisfaction. 
  • Questioning skills- problem solving skills as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
