Any interested and eligible fresher UG/PG candidates can apply for this post. It is an entry level position. The main work of the candidates will be to allocate incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software - servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision. They should have Knowledge on Oracle Database Architecture ( Physical Database Structure,Logical Database Structure, Memory Structures, Background process etc). Candidates may be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
