Candidates should have knowledge of Background knowledge of Electronics and communication, High level understanding of different Telecom Networks and inter-operatibility Understandsthe principles of Voice digitization , PCM modulation techniques, multiplexing.Understands the use of modulation techiques at various level in Telecom Network.
